As a leader in technology, EHS and manufacturing applications with over 17 years of experience, Varun has successfully managed and implemented EHS software for various industries, including Chemical, Refining, Oil and Gas, Pharma, and Utilities. He has also led large-scale technology projects and consulted on environmental regulations and compliance. At Lubrizol, he had several roles including a Sr. Solutions Architect and Sr Manager for Digital Manufacturing Solutions responsible for managing a global portfolio of Manufacturing applications. Recently he was promoted to Enterprise Architect and Business Partner. Currently, he is responsible for application standardization, innovation and guiding Enterprise Architecture and Operations leadership on technology and roadmaps.

Varun has a passion for simplifying processes and removing waste. He created a multi-generational roadmap for EHS technology programs, which has helped businesses reduce waste and streamline processes. Varun has a master's degree in environmental Analysis and Decision Making from Rice University in Houston and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
